Hi Team,

 

I am outside of Canada and will be back on 9th April'25. I want to extend the seasonal hold $15 discount till 10th April'25. 

I reached out to Koodo's team via emails as well but didn't get the reply back. So, I am posting here.

In case, this offer is not being extend then I would request to suspend/discount the sim. I am happy with the services that I got from koodo and don't want to discount from the services. I would request team to help with this. It would be great If I can the reply back/start conversation on email. Also, I didn't find any option on self service to suspend my sim/or raise request to discount the connection.

We have looked into it and we can see the Seasonal hold is still active on your account.

Once you return, you can resume the services in self serve by choosing an in market plan and a perk.

Let us know if you have further questions.

I am looking for a discount..  I am unemployee & my circumstances are not allowing me to pay the seasonal hold charges as well. I got the discount for 5 months hence requesting to extends the wave off for $15 till 9th April. Requesting you to help me with this offer. 

Please do let me know if  you can provide the seasonal hold bill amount waived off.

As much as we want to help, we are unable to apply a discount for the seasonal hold plan.

The benefit of the Seasonal hold is that it allows you to keep your phone number until your return.

In that case, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select facebook or twitter to diectly message to have your line cancelled. If you’re going to cancel anyways, and you like your number, you could consider porting out to a VOIP service to retain your number for free. But you’d have to get off of seasonal hold to get the text to approve a port out. There is a porting fee normally. If you don’t care for your particular number, you can just cancel.
