I want to cancel my koodo internet activation. I’ve received the hardware, but am not continuing with Koodo. When I follow the prompts to cancel in self serve/subscriptions, nothing exists and I get the message “It looks like some parts of this page couldn't be loaded. If you don't see what you need, please refresh the page or come back later.”
How can I ensure that my internet is canceled and that I can return the equipment?
