I’m trying to get an email contact for someone at Koodo. I have had a charge of 0$ listed as unpaid on my account for over 3 years!!!. I was not aware it was there for apparent reasons and it has really messed up my credit. I need this fixed asap. My account is closed and I no longer have the email that I used to access my account or use as a reference point for conversations, if I am lucky enough to get an agent. Please help!!!.

+4Eh, was it shown up in your credit profile as $0? If so, it might be just a record. If you didn't have any late payment or unpaid amount, there is nothing to worry about
I would try to contact the credit agency as a charge of $0 should not positively or negatively Impact your credit rating.
I have a future shop credit card with “open” status for $0 balance in my credit report. it means nothing. Don’t worry about it.
