Hello,

I have been using koodo for the past three months. My bill is due today and  my account has been  suspended. I have been trying to make payment with my debit card which is what I have always used but now it keeps saying ‘’Something went wrong’’

I assumed you are a postpaid customer? Koodo only accepted credit card if you paid through their selfserve. 
As you were with Koodo for more than 3 months, how did you pay Koodo previously or is this the 1st time you tried to pay?


I have always paid with my visa debit card. On the self service page. I’m a prepaid customer. I always had funds in my account for the automatic top up but I didn’t have sufficient funds for that today just put in additional funds later on and can’t apply it to my account

So it was the same card that worked before? Could you try to clear the cache of the browser? Or test it on another device to see if it can work?
