Unable to cancel auto payment

I am currently not residing in Canada and i am being charged every month. I am unable to login into self serve portal. I have tried to reset password but any password i enter gets rejected by the system. How do i cancel my prepaid plan?

Unfortunately, the only way is to log into your account and cancel the pre-authorized payment. You will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep, as there is limited support in the Community for prepaid plans. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/koodoprepaid/koodoprepaid.html

Do you have another canadian number that they can call that is not prepaid while you're out of country? Otherwise you cant receive the callback as prepaid wont work unless you're in the USA or Canada. They also wont call a non-canadian number.
