I got a plan which was supposed to cost 60 for cim and 15 for mobile monthly. But this month i got a bill for 811 Dollars! I am a student and this is all my funding for one month and I dont know why this happend. I didnt even travel or used data. Please help me. 

Have you logged into your self serve downloaded, and taken a look at your bill?

Did you make any long distance calls?

Did you purchase a new phone?

The tab bonus is the discount you got off a phone and is only payable if you upgrade again before the 2 year contract is up.

It looks like you bought a phone on a high discount and then very quickly got a second one on the same line causing you to pay back the discount you got on the first one.

 

Does this sound about right?


That would make sense if Tab was paid in full for the previous phone. Second phone can’t be purchase without paying the first Tab. Doesn’t show a payment for Tab Payment though.

BTW did you happen to do an exchange and not return the phone?


Yes my tab bonus is 0 now, but i didnt do anything... i didnt buy a new phone or requested an exchange

I cant afford to pay this, I didnt ask for a change on my plan and I dont know maybe someone did smt under my name

We have reviewed the account and can see that you had an interaction with an agent over the phone regarding a device renewal. According to it, you have requested tab pay off and tab bonus pay off. 


I asked the agent 4 times if I have to pay any additional amount over the new phone and he told me I will pay the same amount that I did every month. I cant pay that its all of my budget for a month so can you change everything back? They never told me this happends. Just change it back please

Hello, I asked for a reversal request from an agent and I have been told that it would be solved after 24 hours. Its been 24 hours and my bill is still 800 dollars. Can you check that please?

Hello, the problem with my billing is not resolved yet. Payment due time is near and since i have pre authorized payment on Im afraid the wrong amount will be payed soon. Can you solve this ?


When is the payment date for pre-auth?
