promotion bill with no $10 discount

I received my first and second bill. but I don’t  see the pre-authorized payment discount. I do not see the $10 promotional discount anywhere on the bill. Please help me out.

Regarding the pre-authorized payment, have you set up the payment method using a normal bank account (and not a credit card)? As well, check the PDF bill on page 3 and 4. Sometimes there is something else.
