As topic says, I’m looking for a way to change the name on the account. Events conspired to make ne need to sign up with a family member’s name on the bill (not not the credit card) and I’m hoping there’ll be a way I can fix that.
Koodo phoned at some point while I was trying to sign up, with my name on the bill, presumably to confirm that they were permitting me to do so, but they didn’t understand what the Koodo person on the phone was talking about and it sounded like a scam to them, so they declined, but I wasn’t aware so I just signed up with their name and it was too late to do anything by the time I found out.
