I have tried to pay my bill online a couple of days before, but it always shows, "The transaction didn't go through…..". My wife and I have similar accounts, but only I have this problem. I even used her credit card but no positive results. Yesterday I had to pay through a bank, today is the due date, and Koodo still hasn't notified me of my payment receipt. Even 'Self Serve' is still showing me the amount due. Not sure if it will affect my credit score.

If you paid by online banking, it might take 3,4 business days for the payment to arrive.

Not sure what happened with your payment error. Have you tried to dial 611 and pay with their automated system?


@Paul Tiangco It appears the card is an international credit card. And those need to be registered before they ca be used for online payments.  If you’d like to schedule a callback via Koodo Assist at koodo.com/help we can assist you with the reg. We did receive payment today so there is nothing outstanding right now.
