I am switching my daughters Koodoo phone from prepaid to monthly bill as I got her a phone with a plan instead through Koodoo as well. When I set up for the phone and monthly bill it asked if I was brining her own number I said yes, does it just do it automatically when you put the sim card in? How do I stop the prepaid payments and switch to the monthly one. And it would be nice if koodoo actually had live people you can speak with because this is ridiculous.
