Subscription information is False

I was thinking of changing my subscription and although one plan is advertised as reduced by $10 and including a free perk this was not the case when I went to change the plan. Instead of being $50 and including one free perk, the plan that Koodo offered to me was $60 and no free perks. The self serve platform said one thing but when I went to actually sign up for it, it was saying something entirely different.

Could you share some screenshots of the plan details?

A lot of Koodo’s plans now are x price, and then you save $10/m when you signup for auto-pay through your bank account.
As per the perks, are you sure you don’t have a perk active? A lot of the time when you change plans it will keep the perk of your old plan by default but you can go in and change that later.
