I subscribed to the streaming service but changed my mind instantly because it wasn't right for me. I tried to cancel it a few minutes later, and they charged me for the whole month. I don't want it, I don't need it. Please cancel the charge

Unfortunately, it is a prepaid service, so you will be charged for the whole month. It will not continue to charge you after you cancel your subscription. I would suggest you to continue using it until the end of the billing cycle.

Yeah, that’s the frustrating part; Stream+ charges monthly upfront. Since you cancelled within minutes, you’re stuck paying for this month; but the good news is it stops there once the billing cycle ends.

If you really wanna push back on the charge itself, you’d need to contact Koodo directly through their Chatbot or Facebook Messenger; they *might* make an exception for instant cancellations, though no guarantees. Worth asking though.

Did you sign up for Stream+ or an add-on like Amazon Prime?

But I change my mind, don't I have the right? It was practically at the same time. Just a few minutes, because of course, it wasn't easy. I don't need it. I already have this streaming services

As previously mentioned, it is paid upfront, so the charges are immediately billed to you. This is explicitly stated on the Koodo page. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/stream-plus

When you cancel, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing cycle, so you’ll still have access to your subscription until then.

You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to see if there is any way to refund the charges. https://Koo.do/Chat

No.  Stream+ does not come with a trial period.

I don't need it. I already have this streaming services

If you already have the streaming service, you can still activate it and it will take over service.  Depending on the service, it will pause your paid subscription and your Stream+ will supercede it, or they will refund you the remaining membership fee. But you may also need to manage this in your specific streaming service
