Stream+ subscription

I started my plan $10 for three months. It started December 18 but a new plan $35 a month started March 1. I want to speak with a agent but there seems to be no way to do so.😔... How can I get a refund and change or cancel the plan. What are my options?

Hi there,

when it comes to speaking to an agent over the phone, this would be done by scheduling a callback through Koodo assist if you were looking to negotiate a new promo price since it ended.

Regarding changing the stream+ plan or cancelling it, this can be done by going under the “subscriptions” tab in self serve and “manage internet and subscriptions”. If you have premium, you can downgrade to basic, but it is not that much cheaper.

With cancelling, unless you’re from Quebec, you do not receive a refund. Once cancelled, the subscription will go until the end of the 30 days and then just not renew.

Stream+ starts with a promo rate then after 3 months it goes back to the regular price.  Is this what happened?
