Stream+ service charge

I have received a promotional offer in September to subscribe to Stream+ Basic for a special rate ( valid until Dec).  Before my subscription ended I’ve got an email from Kodoo confirming that the promotional offer has been extended to March. My account shows the discounted plan valid but on my last bill I’ve been charged the full regular rate. 
how can I have the bill corrected and the over payment refunded?

If possible, can you share the content of the email where it confirmed the extension of the promotion? Hide all personal information before posting please

I asked because typically Koodo didn't extend promotion in mid cycle automatically. If you got another promo code, you would have to cancel and re-subscribe again.

@Flo Koodo I got the same email and after seeing this thread I cancelled my subscription/’undid the pending changes’ because I didn’t want to be charged in error.

Would you be able to honour the extension of this offer so that I can renew my subscription?
