I was subscribing to the basic stream plus. Just noticed I was upgraded to stream plus with Netflix standard in February. I’ve now been charged for 2 months for this subscription. I didn’t do this upgrade. How can I get a refund? I just switched back to the basic plan through self serve, but I want a refund for the upgraded charges that I didn’t ask for.

Hi there,
glad to hear that you were able to switch it back to basic. I will flag a rep to see if they can do something, but they have limited abilities when it comes to credits etc regarding the subscriptions service, this may require a callback rep instead.
Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to take a look. They will respond here as I have.
