Hi there

 

I'm new to Stream+ and just want to know how this is billed. Is this billed directly every month as part of my mobile bill or is it separately billed - if so is it direct billed to my card?

Hi there,

so Stream+ is billed separately from your mobility bill to the card that you entered when you signed up for the subscription. From the day you got the subscription, you will be charged every 30 days automatically. For more information on Stream+, feel free to check out the article below 🙂👍 

 

Awesome thank you! I got a new card however, how do I go about changing the card on stream+?

No problem 😎 so if you login to your Koodo self serve and then go to subscriptions, once you're there there is an option to update your card information for stream+ 🙂👍
