We have looked into it and we can confirm the payment for the Apple Subscription went through, however, there is no payment recorded for the Stream+ subscription.
Just to double check, when you check the Stream+ subscription details in self serve, is the new credit card information showing up?

I can only update the credit card information in one place for both subscriptions, so yes its correct. Its odd that it went through for one, and not the other.
But I did receive an E-mail for both subscriptions originally stating neither would work. So I have no idea what is going on.
Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Koodo to resolve the issue, and received 0 help, and 0 answers on how to update my card for both subscriptions.

There are 2 locations for you to update pre-authorized payment. One is the preauthorized payment for your normal bill and one is for your subscription.
For subscription payment, go into self-serve » Your Koodo subscription » manage now » Update your credit cards.
One thing to note is Apple and streamplus can charge your credit card at different date depending on the date you subscribed with their service

I have updated my card in the correct location under subscriptions, and I signed up for both services on the same day.
I received an Email for both subscriptions today saying my credit card payment could not be processed, so I once again updated my card to make sure it was correct.
Under receipts it shows I was charged correctly today for Apple, but not for Stream+. The agent on the phone said I needed to update the card for both subscriptions, but there is only one place to do so in Self-serve.

There is only one place to enter credit card in subscription. I think there is some misunderstanding somewhere.
As of now, is your stream+ working?
In the worst case, you could remove it and add the service again. That should technically reactivate payment procedure.

Payment has still not been taken, but all my streaming services remain active.

We’ve got an update regarding the payment for your Stream+ subscription. The support team checked and another payment attempt should be made on February 20th for Stream+. If it doesn’t happen, please let us know here.
