Hi there,

I cancelled my plan for December 5th, 2024. However, I just received a charge for Dec. 29th-Jan. 27th 2025. Should I still be receiving charges like this or is it an error on Koodo’s side?

We have looked into it and we see there was a partial charge for the plan on the December bill + roaming charges. For more details, please download and check the November bill pages 1 and 3, and the December bill page 2: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
