Set Up Promise To Pay

RE: Subscriptions. How do I speak to a real person to give them a promise to pay for my account? I changed all my Koodoo things to one card and messed up on the payment date so my card did not have the correct amount to cover it. I have paid my card, however the payment has not hit yet, and I do not want to be shut off.

We have looked into it and we can see the account is not yet past due.

A payment arrangement would be available only after the account goes past due and if you are receiving a notification with options to set up a payment arrangement in self serve.

Late payment fees can however apply if the payment is posted after the due date, however, the services won’t be cut before notifying you upfront https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill

To set up a Promise to Pay or payment arrangement with Koodo, log into your Self Serve account. If eligible, you’ll see a “Pay in installments” option that lets you divide your balance into up to 3 payment dates. Selecting this protects your service from interruption as long as you meet the agreed payments. If you don’t see this option, you must pay the full amount to avoid service suspension. Once you set the arrangement, service is usually restored within an hour after payment posts.
