Service Fee

$0.86 isn’t a Koodo service fee—probably your bank’s international processing charge or a small transaction fee on the payment. Check your Koodo bill in self-serve under “mobile service charges” for overages or add-ons. Late fees are higher. Can you share a bill screenshot? 

When you download your pdf bill through self serve, does it say what had triggered the service fee? Is it a pay per use charge perhaps?

I had this happen when using the intercom for my building. Funny enough it was a USA number and not a canadian one so I was charged for a min of pay per use that showed as a service charge on the bill.
