I have paid over due balance today. Was told that I have service restored within the hour today. And this was early this morning. I have been told six times today to turn off and turn on and I would have service.  I sent over $700 for this bill and I still don’t have service. Can’t call or text.

Hi there,

To confirm, when you made the payments, was it directly through self serve or through a bank transfer? If through self serve, it should be active as it is processed right away.

If a bank transfer, then it can take 3-5 business days to process. You will then have to report the payment first through either self serve or through a callback before the service reactivates if you do not wish to wait the processing time.
