If I’m still paying off my phone that’s on a tab could I sell it as long as I continue the monthly payments without having to buy out the phone?

Ok thanks! So I could buy a new phone off of eBay and have no trouble but what if the person I sell it to is also using Koodo, will that be a flag for them or will it be fine?

Koodo doesn’t care what you physically do with the phone after you buy it, you just need to maintain paying for it!
