Where are you looking in self serve?

Are you referring to the detailed pdf ebill?  Or the Amount owing summary screen?  A screenshot would help.

How did you pay your bill on Jan.3?

I paid it on self serve with my credit card.

Here is a screenshot of the problem I have. I thought after you pay your amount, the amount due should state $0.

What is the bill date?

We have looked into it and the current amount due is for the bill that was issued 3 days ago. The due date for this one is February 24th. The due date should update on your end soon. We also recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser.

Oh, when I downloaded my pdf bill. it says the bill date is Jan 31 and the due date is Feb 24.
