Rwanda kidnapped my call.

This month’s bill came in much higher than expected.  The details showed a $21.35 charge for a 7 minute call to the Rwanda Rep.

Originally I called the number of a neighbourhood pub to order a takeout delivery.  The call ended up a wrong number.  However, on the bill, the number I called (the number with the charge) was actually the right number with a local area code.  I called it to confirm that it is the number of the restaurant.

Please refund me the $21.35.

Hi ​@RCB, we checked the charge and the call in question. Rwanda also has a 250 area code but it should require you to dial the exit number 011 before the number to get through. This was likely an error with the call rating, our apologies.

We’ve added a credit to your account, you can check out the updated total in your self serve. We’d also recommend dialing 1+ the 10 digit phone number in the future.
