have been charged for easy roam for the month of mar/23 when easy roam was cancelled around 1st of march. How do I contact someone to get a credit so I can pay my bill??

What do you mean “cancelled”? Were you traveling on during that time and did you use some data/minutes etc?


I cancelled easy roam approx march 1st because i no longer travel in usa and no longer needed it.I paid $48 for feb which i agree with but was also charged another $48 for march which i dont agree with because Easy Roam should have been discontinued.I want to pay my bill of   $58.76 instead of $113,and make sure this charge fot  Easy Roam does not continue.Thanks for reply.


Can you post the detailed billing in your bill showing this, with personal info blanked out? So you’re saying you confirmed that you removed easy roam? Does it still show as not in your add-ons in self-serve? Were you in the US or near the border during these charges? Did you want to not be able to roam at all or just pay pay-per-use instead of easy roam? 


@edgaralbert - Based on your account usage, it looks like you were out of the country from Feb 25th to March 4th.

Your bill cycle actually ends on the last day of every month which would explain why you were billed for easy roam on both invoices. 

From what I could tell, you used a mix of data, some texts and some calls while you were away. I recommend looking over this article in order to learn exactly what you were charged for

 

With that said, you still have Easy Roam on the account but there is no need to have that removed because it only gets activated when the phone is used outside of the country.  You could learn more about that here:
