Hi @Russ1150, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.
The 1 minute representation is just a way to signal the Easy Roam was triggered and does not necessarily indicate voice usage. In this case, the charge was triggered by data usage while your phone was connected to an US tower.
To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
