Roaming chwrges - have not left New Brunswick

Hi,

 

I have several roaming charges on my account and have not left New Brunswick or been to the US. Can I please have these reversed? 
 

I am also trying to make payment via your website and getting an error that the service is unavailable, is there an outage? Thank you.

Are you currently using a VPN to access your selfserve?

Regarding the roaming fee while staying in Canada,I will flag a rep to look into here
