There is a $10 roaming charge on my latest bill and I was never out of the country. The date is Feb 13th. I live by the US border so that might be why.
Could this be removed, please ?

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.
