How do you talk to someone to reverse roaming charges?  We live close to the border and still accrue $42ish monthly.  I need the last 3-4 months reversed and for Koodo to stop this from happening because roaming is shut off and it still connects on our phone.  Can you give me a phone number to call you or just reverse on my account all roaming charges.  Needs to be addressed if we plan to stay with Koodo.

SInce you live by the border, to prevent this in the future, please change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo as your network,  THis will prevent the accidental roaming

 


It's a nice thought Dennis but you constantly get this notification saying no network coverage all day long.  We live out of cell service and it would drive anyone crazy having their phone notify them several times a day for this. 


Hi ​@Franki, please note charges can generally be disputed in the 30 days following a bill being issued. As roaming charges can take up to 2 bill cycles to appear on a bill, that time can be extended up to 90 days. 

We’ve checked the charges on your latest 3 bills. We were able to credit all 3 charges on your February bill and 1 of the charges on your January bill, the January 9 date. For the other 2 dates, there is no Canadian usage in the interim, with US data usage and a call to a US number, so the charges are valid. There were no roaming charges on your December bill. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network. You can check the link Dennis included above for more information.
