Roaming charges to reverse please :)

Hi ​@ttocs, we’re not seeing any charges for January but we’ve checked the February 10 charge and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

On February 21st while traveling Bahamas my account connected for less than 1 minute before switching off roaming.  This gave me an $18 charge and I was hoping it could be reversed. 

I can flag a rep to see if this can be done. A little different than the original posters issue but sometimes they offer things in goodwill if it was barely used.

Hi ​@Jenn12345, we’re not seeing a roaming charge on your last bill. If this is for your upcoming March bill, we can check the usage once the bill has been issued. Just let us know once the bill is available.
