Good afternoon,

We have been charged roaming charges on our January 6th bill. We have never left the province although do reside near the US border. We are asking to be credited for these charges.  This has happened before and one of the Koodo reps made all the recommended changes to avoid them. Unfortunately, these changes were ineffective. Please help so this isn’t a continuous thing we have to deal with.

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:
