roaming charges by mistakeI

I have tried to report these roaming charges to Koodo many times, but get stumped by your on-line system and so I give up in frustration.  Because I was so frustrated dealing with you on this matter I have moved my mobile service back to Telus.  But I would still like to see this matter settled as you keep sending me bills, with interest accumulating on the undue roaming charges.   You have previously given me credit for a roaming charge, but there are still two roaming charges outstanding, plus overdue interest.  I have not been outside of Canada during the billing periods that these roaming charges were added, so I would kindly ask them you remove them and reverse any interest charges accumulated.

Unfortunately you are allowed 30 days to challenge your bill charges. There are exceptions for roaming that extend a little bit longer, but these charges are older than 4 months and well beyond the review period

These roaming charges appeared on our bills dated:  We had not left Canada at all during this time period.

March 21, 2025 ($28.00)

May 21, 2025 ($14.00)

June 21, 2025 ($14.00)

August 21, 2025 (14.00)

 

As we no longer use Koodo as our mobile provider, and our account is paid up to date now (including the undue interest charges that were added), could you please advise me how we will be reimbursed for these amounts owing to us.  Thank you ~ I look forward to your response.  And thank you Milky Way for your assistance in this matter.
