Roaming Charges

I recently travelled to Greece, where I bought an ESIM to avoid roaming charges. There is a roaming charge on my bill for October 18th, when activating this I turned off airplane mode to switch it over to ESIM, I still got charged despite there being no outgoing calls, texts...etc. I would like to have this charge removed as I bought an ESIM for this reason.

Did you remove your Koodo SIM card or disable your eSIM before you travelled abroad?

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill with a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

Yes, I had it turned off. Im guessing it just charged me when switching over. The charge is at the top of the screenshot

There should be a detailed list of charges on the third page of your bill. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the list, so we can figure out what triggered the Easy Roam feature?

@juliannaweaire

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to data leakage, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
