roaming charge very high

Hello,

Me and my wife go on holiday to Vietnam and Australia in January and February and on my bills I pay over $250 for roaming charge. I am sorry for mistake my friend tell me to use wifi but I do not understand roaming we go holiday only one time in 15 year

Please can you help make fee lower? Me and my wife retired with low budget only and this fee very high

    Unfortunately if you used roaming then you would be charged the appropriate fees for it.

    Any goodwill reduction in fees would have to be done through customer service although no guarantees at all that any reductions can be made since roaming was indeed used.
