We have looked into it and we can see the charges were triggered due to a call and outgoing texts, we recommend checking the usage section in self serve for more details and let us know if you have further questions.
Any usage made in roaming, except for incoming texts, triggers the roaming charges

+4Did you receive a notification from Koodo that your phone is roaming? If that is the cases, there are many possibilities. I would recommend you go into self-service and check usage of data/SMS/call to see if anything is reported there
