On Jan 23 & 24th my phone connected to a US network while I was traveling - but I never left Canada. Can you make the correction so I don’t get roaming charges? Thanks!

We have checked and the bill is not yes posted, however once the bill is issused, please let us know and we will look into it.

To prevent this in the future, please make sure you change you network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo.
You will need to wait until the bill is issued before a rep can assist you.
To add on to Dennis, you will need to do this every time you restart your phone, since it will return to its default settings.
In the meantime, you may want to upvote this idea. If there are enough votes, Koodo may consider this option in the future.
