Koodo thinks I’m roaming in the States when I haven’t left Canada.

You can reply back to this post once you receive your bill and we can flag a rep to help you out.

To prevent this from happening again, make sure to  manually select your network to Koodo, so your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.
