Hi,
I was recently out of Canada for 7 days and I was charged roaming fees for all 7 days but did not use phone for calls or text except for 3 of these days . How do I get this addressed or explained to me please ?

Hi,
So in using my data I acquired charges ? I thought that charges were incurred in using my phone to make a call or to send a text message ? The usage of sending an iMessage or using Data to go online incurred these charges ? And not just using the phone to send a text or place a phone call ?

+4Indeed, any usage made in roaming, except for incoming text messages, will trigger the Easy Roam charges.
