retaining my account back

Hi,

Was been with kodoo for over a year. I lost my job and think owed kodoo quite a lot. I wanted to make a payment and retain my account with kodoo but don't have any phone to contact them. I've tried kodoo online with digital rep and speak with live rep scheduled a callback back nothing called. I really wanna settle things up.. so is there anyone can help?

Do you still have service with Koodo? If so, you can dial #227 to speak with the billing department.

I can access my account online but making a phone call using their network is not accessible
