Hello Koodo Support,
I recently noticed that I was still being charged after porting out of Koodo. My pre-authorized debit failed for some reason, resulting in two NSF fees on my last two bills.
I was not aware of any remaining charges on my account (only around $5–$6), and I have now paid the balance in full. I kindly request that the NSF fees be waived as a goodwill gesture.
