Request to Waive NSF Fees

Hello Koodo Support,

I recently noticed that I was still being charged after porting out of Koodo. My pre-authorized debit failed for some reason, resulting in two NSF fees on my last two bills.

I was not aware of any remaining charges on my account (only around $5–$6), and I have now paid the balance in full. I kindly request that the NSF fees be waived as a goodwill gesture.

You will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to see if they can waive the NSF fee. You can give it a try, but there are no guarantees. https://Koo.do/Chat 

To prevent this from happening again, you may want to consider using Plaid instead to set up the pre-authorized payments. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments
