Reimbursement for activation

How do I go about getting reimbursed for the activation for my phone when I switched from a pre-paid customer to a monthly customer and one of the deals with this was you were going to wave my activation fee.  I was getting a better deal with pre-paid than I do with monthly but you were also giving me a discount on my Internet if I switched over to you.

Hi there @NB_Dave  We verified the initial offer and found that the connection fee waive was part of the transfer to postpaid.  It has already updated on the account and you would also see the new amount within 3-5 minutes in the Self Serve account. Since the bill was already paid, it will appear as a credit and will affect your next invoice.

Hey,

Check your bill to see if the activation fee was waived. If not, I can flag a rep for you to review this and process the reimbursement, as the waiver was part of your plan change from pre-paid to monthly.

Do you happen to have any proof about the offer of getting reimbursed for the activation?

Do you see any sort of bill credit anywhere on your bill? Sometimes reps will provide an $80 credit in the form of things like a $10/m credit for 8 months so that it reimburses you the connection fee but over a span of x months.

Yes it was in the notes when I signed up. They were suppose to wave the fee, and no there is no monthly credit being applied.

As we don't have access to your account here, make sure you are logged in with your Kudos self-serve account and I will go ahead and flag a Rep for you.

You guys are the best. That is one of the reasons I came over to you and have advised others to do the same.
