Hi, I am a Koodo prepaid customer and I am not able to register my debit card to my account. 

My account got suspended recently and I am not able to make calls.

If anyone can guide me on what to do it would be very helpful. 

May be a temporary technical difficulty. Is it a Visa Debit card?

Meanwhile if you want to Top-Up you can always a get a voucher to resume services.

Right, you can't use an actual debit card on prepaid, only Visa debit card.

What error are you getting?
