Hi there, yesterday I received my latest bill, from January 4th to February 1st. However, I switched to another carrier on January 3rd. I hope this is a misunderstanding, not your random charges. I hope you can cancel this bill as soon as possible.

Hi there  ​@Xuehui  We can see that the January invoice was indeed released before you ported out the number, however, this recent invoice, released for February, contains the reimbursement for the remaining days in your last bill cycle ( From the moment of cancelation until the bill cycle end date). 

The amount you see in your account is a credit which will be reimbursed to you. 


You can verify the detailed invoice when you download it as PDF.
