Referral credits missing after porting in.


Ported in last November and my two referral credits still have not yet been applied to my account.  Please help.

Have you received confirmation from Koodo that you would receive referral credit. Also, was the referral process followed?https://buyapowa-embedded-koodo.herokuapp.com/common/rules

Also ask your friend if they are receiving the referral credit. Also confirm if their account is active and in good standing (no late or missed payments)

Yes, received email confirmation for both.  As for the friend, it is kinda embarrassing to ask them for their information as it is not a very close friend and it is such a small amount. 😁
