How do I get a refund? 

I signed up through KOODO streaming bundle, then the next day I was charged my original membership cost through Amazon. I contacted Amazon about it and they said to ask KOODO because of third-party.

From your Stream+ subscription, did you activate with the same account as your original membership?

 

The original membership is charged by Amazon and not by Koodo.  The Amazon rep you spoke to is mistaken and if you have both memberships on the same account it should pause your original membership.  Either that original membership resumes when you cncel your stream+ or Amazon may refund you.  I recommend reaching out to Amazon again

Koodo Stream+ is a prepaid service, so when you sign up there is an immediate charge for the service.

You mention you were charged your “original membership” cost through amazon.  What do you mean by “original membership”  was this your original amazon membership you purchased directly from Amazon or did you have a Koodo purchased standalone Amazon subscription?

What I meant about "original membership " is I had Prime before I signed up through the KOODO steaming bundle. 

Yes, I am aware of the charge when you sign up with the streaming  :) 

So, I was charged $11 something as usual, just wondering how I get the money back since it was charged after I got the streaming. 

Also, it was a recurring charge I got every month.
