I recently added a new line there was a discount code of.  ADD120 And it’s not showing up on my bill

if someone could help

if I added a line 

got a new bill and no discount

Can you give us more details as to what the discount is for? Has the new invoice been released and you do not see the discount on there?

During the process to add a line there would have been a spot to add the discount code. Did you add it during the process or just add the line without it? It would have also shown the credit applied in the summary page before ordering, did you see it there?

If you can, please edit your post and remove the phone number. This is a public platform for anyone to see.

 Here the discount code that I applied in during the process of adding a line it also showed the discount once completed. It’s just not showing up on the most current bill for that.

That is strange since you mentioned it showed the credit when checking out. Koodo typically only provides credit for a full month of service. Can you download the PDF bill and check pages 3 and 4 to see if the credit is applied to the next full billing cycle?

Just checked the bill on page 3 and 4 

and doesn’t show anything with that discount

We have managed to access the details from our end and we looked into it however we don’t see a recurring credit for the recently added line.

Just to double check, if you click the small “1” in the email you got, are the are anymore details displayed about the offer?

To confirm, when you click on the small 1 in the email (as highlighted in the screesnshot below), there is no additional information about the offer requirements?

No additional information is required you just need to activate another line

which I did

also, I did use the email that Koodo sent with the Web link to add the line 

I entered the Discount code

it showed Discount

line was successfully added received the invoice for the billing and no discount on the bill
