Receiving bills on cancelled service

Please does anyone know Koodo customer service email. I have tried calling but they keep on referring me to an answering machine that will never solve my problem. I cancelled a Koodo mobility and still receiving bills in my email. I never used their service for once because I immediately  found out the guy that sold the service to me never mentioned activation charges

Hey,

Koodo doesn’t have a monitored email for customer support – the main service address gets auto-replies. Your best options:

Schedule a callback via koodo.com/chat (digital-first brand, no phone line).

If you can’t receive calls, contact them on Facebook Messenger or Twitter – they respond there.

Since you’re disputing charges on a cancelled account, this needs account access. If you want, I can flag a rep here to review your situation and escalate it properly.

When did you cancel your service with Koodo? since cancellation, have you tried to log into self-serve and download their  “Final” PDF bill to check if everything was settled? This link might help https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-you-cancel

I don’t even have a self service account. I cancelled the day I received the sim (few days post sale)so I never used the service, was told I can cancel within a month at no charge and received the cancellation confirmation via email
