When trying to top up with a new debit visa I receive message “oops, something went wrong...” 

Have you tried to top up using the incognito mode of the web browser?

as well, Has that debit visa card worked in the past?

Normally incognito would help to avoid old cache of the web page, that will help to rule out issue with your phone/PC cache problem.

Does the message happen when you register your Credit Card or when you purchase the top-up ? If it is a different Credit card than the one registered on the account, you might have to update it. More details here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/topping-your-prepaid-account
