i pay my all bill why you not reactive my services

How did you pay the bill? If it was through a bank transfer, it can take 3-5 business days to process the payment. If you paid through self serve the payment is processed immedietly.

If through self serve, did you pay all of the past due balance? More information on paying past due bills etc can be found in the link.

In such a case, you should be notified by SMS when the limit is close to be reached and a payment would be required for both billed and unbliled charges. 

What does your self serve account say when you log in? 


I pay bill late after 4 day of due date but know which bill is showing i pay all bill but my services is not reactive

Did you use the debit machine at a store?

Did you pay in self serve using Visa Debit or Mastercard debit?

Did you pay via your online banking?

Did you pay using your bank account via self serve?

Did you pay by Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit via calling 611?

In self serve go to Billing > Bills Tab> Account History

Do you see your payment noted here?

 

Did you check your online banking to see if the transaction went through?
