Need to reactivate a cancelled account/number, as Koodo assist rep cancelled quick

can access self service no problem, Koodo assist keeps giving me a message saying “ number doesn’t match account”

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Prepaid reactivation is easy but postpaid is not.

Since your account is cancelled, you wouldn't be able to schedule a call back using the old number, if you insist on calling, you would have to schedule a callback as a new Koodo customer.

A callback would hav to be made with any other number that you have access to.
